The hotel was conveniently located between Lancaster and Strasburg, very close to the Sight & Sound theater, which was the main reason for our stay. The rooms were great and clean, providing a comfortable experience. However, the dining options were limited, and we had to go out for breakfast. The hotel was not big enough to accommodate everyone, which was slightly inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were exceptional for the following days of our group stay, and they were very inviting and comfortable despite a minor inconvenience at check-in time. The service was impressive, especially the housekeeping. The location was by far the best stay I've had, engaging with casual conversations and being close to various attractions. The dining experience had fantastic choices, although the limited breakfast options were a bit disappointing. The facilities were well-maintained, and we had an overall pleasant experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, large, clean, and comfortable, although being on the ground floor was adequate, with two twin beds. The service was great with excellent housekeeping and convenient shops and commercial services. The location was fantastic for exploring Lancaster and enjoying nearby attractions; however, it could be more spacious. The dining experience was good with simple, yet satisfying dishes. Overall, it was a value for money stay with some minor areas to improve.
